The lead trainer and his colleagues have over 30 years of training experience and 20 years of experience with helping people to pass the licensing exam. The lead trainer taught in three prominent universities and continues to provide training for the Maryland NASW Chapter. He initiated the licensing training program at University of Maryland and successfully helped hundreds of social work professionals pass the national examination.
